RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

The information below applies to online purchases only.

Thank you for shopping at suzyshier.com.  Should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund  the item online or refund/exchange the item at a local Suzy Shier location.


Damaged items cannot be returned to the store, this return must be made to the website.

Please note our recent update in policy: Merchandise purchased during our 40% off events can be exchanged only in store or refunded online for a $5 handling fee. No refunds or exchanges on merchandise permanently discounted 50% or more – this product is a final sale.

US orders can only be returned to our warehouse for a refund, we cannot offer an exchange.

Online refund procedures:

1. Access your online order history to complete a return.
2. Select the item you wish to return, choose a reason for the return from the drop down list and click submit.
3.We do not accept exchanges online, only refunds. Exchanges can only be made at store locations.
4. Instructions will be emailed to you on how to return your item via Canada Post.
5. US orders: Once your return request is approved, please send your items using USPS.
6. Return requests must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original invoice.
7. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original invoice.
8. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
9. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all purchases made online.
10. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process.
11. If the item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same item, if available.


In store refund or exchange procedures:

1. Return/Exchange must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original invoice.
2.Merchandise discounted at 40% or greater is eligible for exchange ONLY – NO refunds.
3. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt invoice.
4. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
5. Damaged items cannot be returned to the store, this return must be made to the website.
6. Returns without original invoice cannot be processed.
7. ONLINE RETURNS CANNOT BE MADE AT OUTLET STORES
8. Returns and exchanges of Suzy Plus can only be accepted through the webstore or a location which carries the Suzy Plus Collection. Click here to find a location near you which carries Suzy Plus.
9. Attention PayPal, Visa-Debit or Interac-Debit Customers: All PayPal, Visa-Debit or Interac-Debit or exchanges received in-store will be returned onto a merchandise card which can be used in-store or online. A refund can only be credited to your PayPal/Visa-Debit account if it is returned by mail to our online store.
