HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Get a jump on your Christmas shopping - Shop early and shop often!

For worry-free holiday returns, Suzy Shier and Le Chateau offer extended returns and exchanges until January 5^th, 2021 for orders placed between November 15^th, 2021 and December 4^th, 2021. Purchases made after this period will qualify for our regular 30-day policy. Please note that our Suzy stores will not be accepting returns for online purchases between December 26^th - 31^st, 2021. Feel free to use our ONLINE RETURN CENTRE by clicking here. Le Chateau products can not be returned in store and must be returned to our warehouse using the Online Return Centre.

Whether you're buying a gift for someone special or treating yourself for the holidays, be sure it arrives on time by checking our shipping deadlines for the province you are shipping to.

*Disclaimer: The times listed are for actual shipping time and do not include order processing time by our warehouse staff. Due to ongoing increased safety measures, we are experiencing an increase in our processing time. Orders are now shipped within 3 - 10 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays.

* These cut-off times are estimates and could be impacted by carrier delays as well as order volume. To ensure delivery before Christmas, make sure to give your package extra time to get to its destination. Mailing dates are subject to change without notice. Dates are between major urban centres and are dependent on origin and destination.
