Your parcel will remain available for pickup for 21 days from the day you receive your email confirmation.

Canadian Shipping

In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays.

Ground orders arrive 3-10 business days from the shipped date.
Express orders arrive 2-4 business days from the shipped date.
Ship to store orders arrive 3-10 business days from the shipped date.
Gift Cards are delivered separately from merchandise.

All shipments will be sent via Canada Post. Signature is not required on Standard or Xpress shipments, however is required for all packages shipped Priority.

Orders are shipped on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.

Please Note: Priority shipments on orders confirmed before 12noon EST will be processed same day. Priority shipments on orders confirmed after 12noon EST may not be processed until the following business day.
