Your health, and the health of our employees, remain our number one priority as we begin to reopen our stores. We want to ensure you that we are taking a thoughtful approach and that we're creating a store environment that is safe for everyone. All public health guidelines will be respected, and we are confident we can ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

SOME IMPORTANT UPDATES
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Effective immediately and until further notice, our Suzy stores will not be accepting returns or exchanges for online purchases. Online orders can only be returned to our warehouse. More information on how to return your order can be found here.
DELIVERY DELAYS: Our distribution centre is working around the clock to fulfill and ship your orders safely. Our shipping partner Canada Post is also facing their own set of challenges and delays. As a result, you may experience delays in receiving your order. Thank you for your patience as we get through this together.
REFUNDS: With reduced warehouse staff, refunds will take longer to process than normal. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
SHIP TO STORE: Our ship-to-store service continues to be suspended. At this time, we don’t have an exact date of when we will resume this service, but you can get your order delivered directly to you home for free for orders over $50.
