As a company and brand we have always taken pride in our ability to be resilient and create a positive  environment for both our customers and staff.  We had hoped that we would be able to have our stores remain open in order to serve your needs but as the news of the world continued to evolve, we feel we have a community responsibility to protect you, our valued customers, and our amazing staff.  Today the message is clear -  it is much bigger then one brand or one community, it’s our nation and the world community that we need to protect.

To help ensure everyone’s safety and well being and in the collective efforts against COVID-19,  until further notice, we have decided to close all our retail locations nationwide as of today March 17th.

Our stores will be closed but we invite you to visit us 24/7 on our website and on our social media platforms…. We are all stronger together.

What do I do if I recently made an order with the SHIP TO STORE option but didn’t have the chance to pick it up before the stores temporarily closed on March 18, 2020?

If you had received a notification that your order was ready for pick-up, we will keep your order for you for 7 days after the stores re-open.

If you hadn’t you received a notification that your order was ready for pick-up, then your order will be shipped directly to you, free of charge.

I recently placed an order and used the SHIP TO STORE option. I received notification that my order is ready for pick-up, but I no longer want this order. What are my options?

What if I want to return some or all of my items from a recent online purchase? I usually go to a Suzy store to do this.

Currently, online orders can only be returned by sending your package back to our warehouse. If you have items to return from an online order made within the past 30 days, please follow the instructions in our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section.


What if I want to exchange an item that I recently purchased online? I usually go to a Suzy store to do this.

We are currently not able to offer exchanges online. While our stores remain closed to protect our customers, employees and communities, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order online. Once we receive your original item back at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please see more information in our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section.


Given that your retail locations are currently closed, have you changed your shipping charges?

Effective Wednesday March 18th and until further notice, we will be offering free ground shipping to home on orders over $50 made within Canada.
