2018 HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Canadian orders (including Gift Cards) are to be submitted no later than December 14th, 2018 (11:59PM ET) to be received by December 24th, 2018.We will take every precaution necessary for orders to be delivered at indicated dates. However, certain factors out of our control may cause delays such as credit card authorization processes, erroneous shipping or billing information, rural or distant location deliveries and bad weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control. Gift cards are delivered separately from merchandise orders, typically within 3 to 10 business days using Standard Shipping, at no charge. Express Shipping or Priority shipping options are offered with a 2 to 3 business days delivery and includes a tracking number for a rate of $14.99 or $24.99, before taxes.

ONLINE HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Online Holiday purchases made after November 24th, 2018 may be shipped back to our warehouse for a full refund until January 4th, 2019. Please note that we must receive the package back to our warehouse by January 4th, 2019 to honour the refund.

  1. US orders: Once your return request is approved, please send your items using USPS.
  2. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original invoice.
  3. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all purchases made online.
  5. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process.
  6. If the item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same item, if available.
  7. Sale merchandise is not eligible for return. This is a final sale. Please do not include sale merchandise in your return package, as it will not be reflected in your refund nor will it be returned to you.
  8. Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange in-store only. No refunds.

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any Suzy Shier store until January 4th, 2019, with no returns or exchanges available from December 26-28th, 2018. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

In-store return or exchanges can be made at any Suzy Shier store until January 4th, 2019, with no returns or exchanges available from December 26-28th, 2018. Exchanges or store credits only. We do not provide any refunds.
