SHIPPING INFORMATION 

SHIP TO STORE 

Have your package shipped directly to a local Suzy store for FREE by selecting SHIP TO STORE at checkout. You will receive an email within 3 - 10* business days from the date you placed your order, that it is ready for pick-up.

Your parcel will remain available for pickup for 21 days from the day you receive your email confirmation.

      - Shipments will be sent via Envoi, TForce, Canpar, Nationex or Canada Post depending on delivery address. 

      - We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.

       

      FREE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

      Select rural and remote rural postal codes do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is calculated during checkout and will be displayed based on the indicated shipping destination. 

      There is a flat shipping rate of $50 for all orders shipped to postal codes associated with air stage offices, and these orders do not qualify for free shipping.

      There is a flat shipping rate of $20 for all orders shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, and these orders do not qualify for free shipping. 

      U.S.A. SHIPPING

      All U.S.A orders have a shipping rate of $17.95, exemptions may apply. Rates are in Canadian dollars.
      The customer is responsible for any duties that may be charged by US customs.

      Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Standard Shipping in Canada only and excludes select rural and remote rural postal codes. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
