Contest Rules - Suzy Shier & Le Chateau x Stokes

1. The “From Runway to Everyday with Suzy Shier / Le Château & Stokes” contest is organized by Suzy/Le Chateau and Stokes Inc. Contest starts on May 31^st and ends June 21^st 2024 at “11:59 PM” (EST). Any reference to time in this document indicates Eastern Standard Time (EST).

ELIGIBILITY 

2. The Contest is open to all residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, and is governed by Canadian law, by the start date of this contest as identified above, with the exception of the employees, agents and/or representatives of Stokes Inc., its distributors or affiliated companies, advertising agencies or any contributor to the Contest, as well as anyone with whom an employee, agent and/or representative is domiciled or any member of his or her immediate family. For these official rules, “immediate family” refers to the father, mother, siblings, children, husband, wife or partner of such an employee, agent and/or

3. Registration

• Each entrant can only use one e-mail address (which must be valid) to enter via the Electronic Entry form. One (1) entrant per Entry form for the duration of the contest.

• Chances of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing

PRIZES

4. Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded to two (2) different winners. Each Grand Prize consists of:
   - $500 in gift cards: $250 from Suzy Shier / Le Château and $250 from Stokes.
   

Some restrictions may apply.

5. The prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent.

DRAW

8. Selection Process: We will have 2 draws.
   • The two (2) winners will be selected by random draw from among all online eligible entries received by the contest closing date. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and winner will be required to sign a standard declaration of compliance and publicity/liability release confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded, consenting to the use of their name and photo in any contest-related publicity.
   • The winner of the first draw will be excluded from participating in the second draw, ensuring that each person can only receive one prize.
   • First Draw will be done on June 14^th, 2024 at 11am at the Stokes Inc. Head Office (located at 5660 Ferrier Street, Montreal, Quebec H4P 1M7) for the first grand prize of $500 in gift cards ($250 in Suzy Shier / Le Château Gift Cards and $250 in Stokes Gift Cards)
   • Second Draw will be done on June 26^th, 2024 at 11am at the Stokes Inc. Head Office (located at 5660 Ferrier Street, Montreal, Quebec H4P 1M7) for the second grand prize of $500 in gift cards ($250 in Suzy Shier / Le Château Gift Cards and $250 in Stokes Gift Cards)
     
     

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9. To be declared a winner, the entrant whose Entry Form is randomly chosen for the Prize must respect the entry and eligibility conditions stipulated in this document. Failure to respect one or several of these conditions means the winner will be disqualified and another random draw will be conducted to choose another

10. Limit of one (1) prize to be won per person.

11. Stokes Inc. will contact the Winners by telephone and/or e-mail. If Stokes Inc. cannot contact the selected entrant of one or several of the draws for whatever reason within forty- eight (48) hours following the draw, Stokes Inc. will conduct as many draws as necessary from the Entry Forms to find Prize

12. To claim a prize, the Winner must fill in and sign a Declaration of Compliance and a that will be sent to his/her by mail and/or courier and/or fax and/or e- mail by Stokes Inc. and return it filled in and signed within fifteen (15) days of receiving it. If the Form is not signed and returned within the time limit, Stokes Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct or not as many draws as necessary to award the Prizes. Any Entry Form and any attempt at entering using electronic, computer or other means which are contrary to the spirit of the Contest or to the Contest rules (e.g., computer pirating, mass e-mailing, etc.) will be automatically rejected and may be referred over to the appropriate judicial authorities. Any automated entries will be noticed and
