How do I check the balance on my gift card online?

Can I use multiple gift cards on the same order?

Absolutely! You can use a combination of Classic Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards on the same order, to help cover the total cost.

Can I use my gift card to buy another gift card?

Unfortunately, you cannot use your Classic Gift Card and/or E-Gift Card to purchase a new gift card.

Can I return a gift card?

All Classic Gift Card and E-Gift Card purchases are final sale, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Will my gift card expire?

Our Classic Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards never expire.

When will my E-Gift Card be delivered?

E-Gift Cards are emailed directly to the recipient, with a personal message from you, on the date and time of your choosing. There is no shipping fee for E-Gift Cards.

Where can I use my E-Gift Card?

E-Gift Cards are redeemable online only at suzyshier.com and lechateau.com at this time.

How do I redeem my E-Gift Card?

While in the payment section of checkout, enter your 16-digit E-Gift Card number in the Gift Card section, click Apply, and proceed with the rest of the checkout process.

What is the return policy for purchases made with an E-Gift Card?

Our standard return policy applies to purchases made with E-Gift Cards.

In-store returns: If you paid for your online order with an E-Gift Card and wish to return merchandise in-store, your refund will be issued on a Classic Gift Card.

Returns by mail: If you paid for your online order with an E-Gift Card and wish to return merchandise by mail to our warehouse, your refund will be issued on the same E-Gift Card used for the original transaction.
