HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURNS AND SHIPPING DEADLINES

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Get a jump on your Christmas shopping - Shop early and shop often!

For worry-free holiday returns, Suzy Shier and Le Chateau offer extended returns and exchanges for online orders. All items purchased between Tuesday, November 12 to Friday, December 6, 2024 may be returned or exchanged up to Monday, January 6, 2025. Purchases made after this period will qualify for our regular 30-day policy.

Please note that our Suzy stores will not be accepting returns for online purchases on Friday, November 29th and between December 26th to 31st, 2024. Feel free to use our ONLINE RETURN CENTRE by clicking here.
