PÉRIODE DU CONCOURS
Le concours " GAGNER 1 DES 5 " est organisé par Suzy Shier et Le Château. Il commence le 11 février 2025 à 07:00 (HNE) et se termine le 4 mars 2025 à 23h59 (HNE). Toute mention d'heure dans ce document fait référence à l'heure normale de l'Est (HNE).
ADMISSIBILITÉ
Le concours est ouvert aux résidents légaux du Canada âgés d'au moins 18 ans au moment de leur inscription. Les employés, agents et représentants de Suzy Shier, Le Château, leurs distributeurs, affiliés, agences publicitaires et partenaires du concours, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate ou du même foyer, ne sont pas admissibles. La "famille immédiate" comprend les conjoints, parents, enfants et frères et sœurs. Toute adresse courriel saisie pour s’inscrire doit être active et valide pour être admissible.
COMMENT PARTICIPER
Pour participer au concours, les participants doivent s’abonner à l’infolettre de Suzy Shier en visitant https://suzyshier.com/fr/pages/contest-signup et en soumettant leur adresse courriel pendant la période du concours. Une (1) seule participation par personne est autorisée. Aucune obligation d'achat. Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues avant la date de clôture du concours.
PRIX
Cinq (5) gagnants seront sélectionnés pour pour recevoir une carte-cadeau Suzy de 50 $. Les prix ne sont ni transférables, ni échangeables, et ne peuvent pas être échangés contre de l'argent.
SÉLECTION ET ANNONCE DES GAGNANTS
Trois gagnants seront sélectionnés par tirage au sort, un gagnant étant tiré à chacune des dates ci-dessous :

4 mars 2026
Les participants sélectionnés doivent répondre correctement à une question d'habileté mathématique et signer une déclaration de conformité pour réclamer leur prix. Si un gagnant ne répond pas dans les 48 heures suivant le tirage, un autre gagnant pourrait être sélectionné. Tous les prix seront envoyés par courrier physique à chaque gagnant une fois qu'ils auront fourni leur adresse physique.
CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
En participant à ce concours, les gagnants acceptent que Suzy Shier et Le Château utilisent leur nom, ville de résidence et image à des fins promotionnelles sans compensation supplémentaire. Ces renseignements ne seront utilisés à aucune autre fin sans le consentement du participant. Le concours est soumis à toutes les lois et règlements fédéraux, provinciaux et municipaux applicables. CONTEST PERIOD
The " WIN 1 OF 5 CONTEST " contest is organized by Suzy Shier & Le Chateau. The contest begins on February 11th, 2026 at 07:00 AM (EST), and ends on March 4th 2026, at 11:59 PM (EST). Any reference to time in this document indicates Eastern Standard Time (EST).
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Suzy Shier, Le Château, their distributors, affiliates, advertising agencies, and contest partners, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings. Any email addresses entered to sign up must be active and valid to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the contest, participants must subscribe to the Suzy Shier newsletter by visiting https://suzyshier.com/pages/contest-signup and submitting their email address during the contest period. Each participant is allowed one (1) entry. No purchase is necessary. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date.
PRIZES
Five (5) winners will be selected to receive one $50 Suzy Gift Card as a prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
Three winners will be selected via random draw, with one winner drawn on each date below:
- February 17th 2026
- February 19th 2026
- February 25th 2026
- March 2nd 2026
- March 4thth 2026
Selected participants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and sign a declaration of compliance to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of the draw, a new winner may be selected. All prizes will be physically mailed to each winner once they provide their physical address.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering this contest, winners agree to allow Suzy Shier and Le Château to use their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. This information will not be used for any other purpose without the participant's consent. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
