PÉRIODE DU CONCOURS

Le concours "Spring Style Giveaway" est organisé par Suzy Shier et Le Chùteau. Il commence le 8 avril 2025 à 07:00 (HNE) et se termine le 22 avril 2025 à 23h59 (HNE). Toute mention d'heure dans ce document fait référence à l'heure normale de l'Est (HNE).

ADMISSIBILITÉ

Le concours est ouvert aux rĂ©sidents lĂ©gaux du Canada ĂągĂ©s d'au moins 18 ans au moment de leur inscription. Les employĂ©s, agents et reprĂ©sentants de Suzy Shier, Le ChĂąteau, leurs distributeurs, affiliĂ©s, agences publicitaires et partenaires du concours, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immĂ©diate ou du mĂȘme foyer, ne sont pas admissibles. La "famille immĂ©diate" comprend les conjoints, parents, enfants et frĂšres et sƓurs. Toute adresse courriel saisie pour s’inscrire doit ĂȘtre active et valide pour ĂȘtre admissible.

COMMENT PARTICIPER

Pour participer au concours, les participants doivent s’abonner Ă  l’infolettre de Suzy Shier en visitant https://suzyshier.com/fr/pages/contest-signup et en soumettant leur adresse courriel pendant la pĂ©riode du concours. Une (1) seule participation par personne est autorisĂ©e. Aucune obligation d'achat. Les chances de gagner dĂ©pendent du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues avant la date de clĂŽture du concours.

PRIX

Trois (3) gagnants seront sĂ©lectionnĂ©s pour recevoir chacun une carte-cadeau Suzy Shier de 500 $. Les prix ne sont ni transfĂ©rables, ni Ă©changeables, et ne peuvent pas ĂȘtre Ă©changĂ©s contre de l'argent. Les cartes-cadeaux sont valides en magasin ou en ligne dans tous les Ă©tablissements Suzy Shier.

SÉLECTION ET ANNONCE DES GAGNANTS

Trois gagnants seront sélectionnés par tirage au sort, un gagnant étant tiré à chacune des dates ci-dessous :

  • 11 avril 2025

  • 18 avril 2025

  • 23 avril 2025

Les participants sĂ©lectionnĂ©s doivent rĂ©pondre correctement Ă  une question d'habiletĂ© mathĂ©matique et signer une dĂ©claration de conformitĂ© pour rĂ©clamer leur prix. Si un gagnant ne rĂ©pond pas dans les 48 heures suivant le tirage, un autre gagnant pourrait ĂȘtre sĂ©lectionnĂ©. Tous les prix seront envoyĂ©s par courrier physique Ă  chaque gagnant une fois qu'ils auront fourni leur adresse physique.

CONTEST PERIOD

The "Spring Style Giveaway" contest is organized by Suzy Shier and Le ChĂąteau. The contest begins on April 8, 2025 at 07:00 AM (EST), and ends on April 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM (EST). Any reference to time in this document indicates Eastern Standard Time (EST).

ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Suzy Shier, Le ChĂąteau, their distributors, affiliates, advertising agencies, and contest partners, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings. Any email addresses entered to sign up must be active and valid to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the contest, participants must subscribe to the Suzy Shier newsletter by visiting https://suzyshier.com/pages/contest-signup and submitting their email address during the contest period. Each participant is allowed one (1) entry. No purchase is necessary. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date.

PRIZES

Three (3) winners will be selected to receive a $500 Suzy Shier physical gift card each. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for use in-store or online at any Suzy Shier location.

WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

Three winners will be selected via random draw, with one winner drawn on each date below:

  • April 11, 2025

  • April 18, 2025

  • April 23, 2025

Selected participants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and sign a declaration of compliance to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of the draw, a new winner may be selected. All prizes will be physically mailed to each winner once they provide their physical address.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering this contest, winners agree to allow Suzy Shier and Le ChĂąteau to use their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
