OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

CONTEST PERIOD

The “Toronto Soccer Match Ticket Giveaway” contest is organized by Suzy Shier and Le Château. The contest begins on May 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST) and ends on June 5, 2026 at 11:59 AM (EST).

Winner selection will take place after June 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST).

Any reference to time in this document indicates Eastern Standard Time (EST).

ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, agents, and representatives of Suzy Shier, Le Château, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, distributors, and contest partners, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and any person residing in the same household.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Any email address or phone number submitted must be active and valid to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry

To enter the contest online, participants must visit our contest sign up page here. 

Participants must complete and submit the official entry form during the contest period, including their name, email address, postal code, and province of residence.

In-Store Entry

Participants may also enter in-store by scanning the QR code displayed in participating Suzy Shier and Le Château locations, which will direct them to the official online entry page.

Entries are only valid once the online form has been fully completed and submitted.

Social Media Participation

Participants may also engage with the contest on Instagram and Facebook by:

• Following @SuzyShier and @LeChateau
• Liking the contest post
• Tagging two (2) friends

• Participants must visit our contest sign up page here to complete and submit the official entry form during the contest period, including their name, email address, postal code, and province of residence.

ENTRY LIMITS

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the contest period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the contest organizers.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of:

• Two (2) tickets to the Canada vs. Bosnia soccer match
• Match Date: June 12, 2026
• Time: 3:00 PM
• Venue: BMO Field
• Approximate retail value: CAD $3,800

The prize includes event tickets only.

Travel, transportation, parking, accommodations, meals, personal expenses, and all other costs not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.

Tickets will be delivered electronically on the morning of June 12, 2026. The winner must have or create a valid Ticketmaster account in order to receive and access the tickets.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be resold, and has no cash surrender value. Suzy Shier and Le Château reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Suzy Shier and Le Château are not responsible for any event postponement, cancellation, scheduling change, or other modification made by the event organizer or venue.

WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw conducted at the Suzy Shier head office within three (3) business days following the end of the contest period.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry.

To be declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question
• Provide valid government-issued identification upon request
• Sign and return a declaration and release form

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails the skill-testing question, or does not comply with these Official Rules, they may be disqualified and another entrant may be selected.

MARKETING CONSENT

By entering the contest, participants consent to receive marketing communications, including email and SMS communications, from Suzy Shier and Le Château. Participants may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time after receiving the first communication.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the contest organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Suzy Shier and Le Château may use their name, city or province of residence, likeness, image, and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

Suzy Shier and Le Château are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or corrupted entries, notifications, or communications, or for any technical malfunction, system failure, or unauthorized intervention that may affect the administration of the contest.

The contest organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the contest as contemplated by these Official Rules.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Ticketmaster, FIFA, Canada Soccer, or any official soccer governing body.

The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

QUEBEC COMPLIANCE

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted by a resident of the Province of Quebec to the Régie des alcools, des jeux et des courses for a ruling.

Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted by a resident of the Province of Quebec to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
